She graduated from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 2018, where she initially pursued a path in public policy. Keri holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy (William Jessup University, cum laude, 2011) and Master of Arts in Public Policy (Liberty University, 2013).

This realization inspired her to shift her focus fully to family law.
