Prior to entering law school, Aaron A. Kaslan was an assistant for a criminal defense attorney for two and a half years. Through this experience, Aaron gained a lot of legal know-how and familiarity with the local courts.
While in law school, Aaron interned for a firm that focused primarily on family law and probate. It was while working for that firm that Aaron fell in love with family law. He became fascinated with family law because unlike many other areas of law, family law touches just about every other area of law. While working for that firm Aaron learned a lot about family law, probate, and restraining orders. By the time Aaron left to take the California State Bar, he was doing just about everything the attorneys were doing with the exception of going to court and negotiating settlements.
Aaron graduated from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento cumme laude, in the top 15% of his class in May of 2021. He passed the California State Bar on the first try and as soon as he was sworn in, he immediately began litigating conducting his first trial just two months after becoming an attorney. Aaron quickly gained a track record of successful litigation and client satisfaction.
Before entering the legal profession, Aaron worked in the service industry for many years and also worked in many other professions such as mortgage broker, debt consolidation and financial services, credit repair and sales. Through his years in the service industry Aaron gained an uncanny ability to read people very quickly and a penchant for providing great service. Through his time in the financial services industry, Aaron gained a vast amount of knowledge about finances and how to read and understand financial documents. All of these skills have been applied to his legal practice and have served him and his clients well.
Aaron looks forward to providing all of his clients with the best possible legal services. He is aggressive when the times call for it, tough, knowledgeable, and straightforward. He will seek out paths to settlement but if settlement ends up not the right option, he is prepared to fight for you with the same intensity of a pit bull. Aaron will fight for you, your children, and your money.
One of the main complaints Aaron hears clients say about their former attorneys is that they never hear from them and never know what was going on in their case. Aaron understands the importance of being accessible to his clients, making sure he keeps them informed about their case and regularly communicates with them.
During his free time – which is limited – Aaron enjoys being outdoors, hiking, camping, snowboarding, biking, etc. In addition, he enjoys spending time with his partner and pit bull, learning new things, listening to music and podcasts, staying up on politics, and eating tacos.
